Our mission is to advanced the Black community toward a liberated experience by working to eliminate racial disparities in the quality of life by providing engagement, Information, and education resources and services in an effort to close gaps in access, experiences, and connections to transformative opportunities.

We believe that disparities present in the Black community are indicators of suppressed potential. These disparities can be reduced and ultimately eliminated by cultivating collective capacity through individual development and cultural pride.
